Peace Building
- Implemented 3 years project “2018 to 2021” on community security and peace building in Bentiu with support and funding from SAFERWORLD/UKAID
- Formed and trained 4 Community Action Group CAG each comprises of 40 participants “100 women and men” on issues of safety and peace building
- Facilitated stakeholder peace building conference and training for selected members from cattle camps and authorities of Rubkona and Guit counties
- Developed early warning systems and response together with other peace actors in the three regions of Upper Nile, Bahr el Gazal and Equitoria.
- Successfully conducted peace and reconciliation scoping work for Saferworld leading to development of workable reconciliation concept.
- Successfully brought together two conflicting communities for peace dialogue and reconciliation forum (Guit and Rubkona)
- Reduced effects of cattle raiding through intensive peace dialogue and campaigns in Unity state through implementation of Community safety and peace building project as sponsored by Saferworld.
- Implemented project titled; Inter Lakes-Payinjiar cross-border dialogue for peace, time July to September 2022. This was funded by DT Global/USAID
