Our Background Story
CLIP Poverty Organization (CLIP-Poverty) was established in 2011 as a community-based organization (CBO) and was legally registered in 2014 with the Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC) as a national NGO (Registration No. 922).
CLIP-Poverty focuses on peacebuilding, education, environmental conservation, sustainable livelihoods, and climate-smart agriculture, using grassroots approaches that empower women, youth, and marginalized communities. The organization is actively involved in advocacy against Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA).
